Ecoheads produces specialty shower heads for professional hair salons. The product has a number of filtering devices designed to reduce heavy metals and other harmful materials in wate tthat damages our hair. The design breif was focused on that filtration system and how to "show off" those features in the producty whjile maintaining a sleek look and functional forms.
All Our projects undergo a rigorous conceptual phase where we explore many different in the areas of function, ergonomics, aesthetics, materials and manufacturing possibilities.
We use high level hand sketching techniques, physical models and 3d computer modelling to develop design concepts. We present that process to out clients to display how we arrive at certain decisions in the design process. This process and the hands on involvement of our clients is how we are able to arrive at polished design concepts
The finished product is a culmination of the entire design process. With our extensive experience in manufacturing we are able to offer our handling of production and guide out clients through the complicated fabrication process painlessly .
